  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started. For non-custom items, cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Bijoy & Charu Furnishers reserves the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activities.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to most locations in India. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and order.
  • Custom furniture orders typically take longer due to production time. You will be informed of the expected delivery timeline at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues), Bijoy & Charu Furnishers will not be held liable.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy:
    • Custom Furniture: Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • Non-Custom Furniture: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality checks.

8. Warranties and Repairs
