1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and has all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom Furniture: All made-to-order/custom furniture pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
• Used or Altered Items: Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or modified after delivery cannot be returned.
• Clearance or Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will arrange for a free pickup of the product.
• For all other returns (where applicable), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Approved returns that meet all return policy conditions.
• Orders canceled before the item is shipped (for non-custom products only).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. You will need to provide your bank details for processing.

Deductions

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
• For returns initiated for reasons other than defects or incorrect items, a nominal restocking fee may apply.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your furniture. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photographs of the damage, including images of the packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations by Customer

• Non-custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be allowed.
• Custom furniture orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Order Cancellations by Bijoy & Charu Furnishers

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Payment issues.
• Unavailability of stock.
  In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
